Orienteering is a sport that combines map reading and running. Competitors have to find their way between a series of checkpoints, called controls, as quickly as possible. There’s no set route between the controls, so you have to decide which way to go and then find your way there without getting lost. Orienteering is a sport for all the family, for all ages and you don't have to be super-fit to compete. Be as competitive or as relaxed as you want, the idea is to have fun.
